Company Introduction

Asia Water Development Engineering Company (Public Joint Stock), with national ID 10320453888, was established as a private joint stock company on January 18, 2011, and registered under number 395501 in the Tehran Company Registration Office. Based on the official newspaper No. 22020 dated **October 22, 2020**, and the minutes of the extraordinary general assembly dated August 19, 2020, Asia Water Development Engineering Company has been converted into a public joint stock company. The company’s main office is located at 28 Behar 2nd Alley, Gharmsar West Street, Shirazi Southern Street, Mola Sadra Street, Tehran. Currently, the company is a subsidiary of the Persian Gulf Water Supply and Transfer Company.

Asia Water Development Engineering Company is responsible for managing the design, construction, and operation of seawater desalination units for drinking purposes in parts of Hormozgan Province, as well as for industrial and mining uses by the National Copper Industries Company, Golgohar Mining and Industrial Company, and Chadormalu Mining and Industrial Company.
